It is no longer possible to register online. You can still register on the spot at the venue. Please click here for more information and the on site registration form.

Registration
If you register on the spot, please report to the cashier desk. Please fill out this form and bring it to the desk.

Cash payments on the spot:
We only accept Euros. Please bring the exact amount to be paid, change is limited.

Credit card payments on the spot:
VISA, MasterCard and Amex only. Your card may be eligible for, or is enrolled in the Verified by Visa/MasterCard SecureCode authentication programs. When using your card onsite, your card issuer may prompt you for your password before completing the payment. Please make sure that you have your password.

Opening hours
The registration desk is located on the first floor and will be open at the following times:

Wednesday 1 September      10.00-17.30
Thursday 2 September           08.00-17.30
Friday 3 September                08.00-17.30
Saturday 4 September           08.00-14.00

Please note that only current EAA members are allowed to participate at the conference. Delegates who had paid their EAA membership fee for 2010 prior to conference registration register as "members" and pay the lower fees (left column of the below table). Those who have not yet paid their EAA membership fee for 2010 must register as "non-members" and pay the higher fees which include 1 year EAA membership (until 31 December 2010). If you are in doubt regarding your membership status, please contact the EAA Secretariat at eaa@arup.cas.cz.

Cancellations and Refund policy for Registration
Written notification of cancellation and refund requests must be received before 30 June 2010 by the Conference Secretariat, Congrex Holland BV. The registration cancellation charge is EURO 10. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received on 30 June 2010 or later. All refunds will be made after the Conference.
